Open for EMDR Intensives only- I work with women who are looking to reach a deeper level of fulfillment and may be curious about what is holding them back. Clients who find me often feel stuck in parts of their life, are working through a life transition (including perinatal), have experienced profound trauma or grief, or they have a hard time understanding thoughts or patterns in their life. I offer a collaborative space to explore, heal and create lasting change. Part of my joy in this work is helping women reclaim their inner wisdom and compass. My goal is to help you feel empowered in your path to reaching your fullest potential. With a decade of experience, I work with women who take an active role their own healing & with my expertise, help as a guide to make sustainable, healthy changes. I have completed extensive trainings in EMDR, Trauma & Movement, Yoga & Women's Work & Body Mechanics.

Whole Women Healing Intensive
Six month intensive for women looking to deepen their connections to community and within themselves through holistic exploration, education and conversation. Group includes 12 community calls, with some including women-centered experts. Meeting topic include enriching wisdom for women around social, emotional, physiological and financial health.
