Please contact us through email or our website. Now accepting Molina Medicaid. Do frequent arguments, conflict, or a lack of connection have you questioning your relationships? Are you or your teen struggling with inattentiveness in your work or at school, missing classes, or getting poor grades? Or maybe you just don't feel like yourself anymore and are questioning where you fit in. Let’s face it, life can be challenging and confusing. We go about our days, sometimes just struggling to get through it, and don’t have someone to talk to because we don’t want to feel like a burden. It’s time to embark on this journey.
I will work with you toward a sense of wholeness and empower you to communicate your wants & needs with others. I emphasize balancing the focus on the challenges we come up against with what is bringing us joy and satisfaction in life. I practice primarily from a CBT and psychodynamic approach. I am LGBTQ+ affirming and neurodiverse aware in my work.
I know the toll of disconnection can take on us and how it can impact our self-esteem. Your decision to reach out and commit to healing is not easy. I promise to help you through this process, and I have deep respect for how you have arrived at this place. It is a privilege to be a part of your journey.
