About
Hi, my name is Sarah. One of the hardest and most scariest things a person can do is reach out for support. Rest assured, I am here to listen and I am here to support you. You may have questions and you may have doubts; however, I am here to let you know that it is normal in the process of reaching out. I want you to know that if you make the decision to reach out to me, I will let you take the wheel and be the decision maker for what you want to discuss or cover in counseling. You can take all the time you need to process, no matter how fast or slow, and I will be on the journey right alongside with you.
I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Motivational Interviewing. Additionally, as a SUDP, I can support you in your recovery from various forms of addiction.
I am open for discussion for various therapies if there is certain therapy you are interested in incorporating into your process. Please feel free to reach out to me at my office or via email. I look forward to meeting you!
