I specialize in working with perfectionism, relational struggles, identity exploration, and the lasting effects of complex and intergenerational trauma. The world can feel like too much – overwhelming, isolating, unmanageable. Perhaps you feel unseen in your relationships, burdened by preoccupations over how others perceive you, or exhausted from holding everything together. I help individuals and couples who feel stuck, disconnected, or like they are not enough develop a deeper understanding of themselves, to help them break patterns that do not serve them and move through life with greater clarity, self-trust, and meaning.

I draw from psychodynamic, existential, and somatic modalities while incorporating parts work (IFS-informed) to help clients recognize and heal the inner dynamics that shape their experiences. Through a trauma-informed lens, I support individuals in emotional regulation, shifting self-doubt, and cultivating insight, empowerment, & growth for lasting change.
