I'm Sarah, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in working with individuals impacted by anxiety, depression, and trauma. , I am passionate about working together to find creative solutions to help meet your personal goals.

Life is unpredictable and when situations occur that overwhelm our ability to cope it can be helpful to have an empathetic, nonjudgmental person to help us find our way forward. I help my clients feel heard, validated and supported in overcoming barriers and working towards a future where traumatic experiences no longer have control over their lives.
As a therapist, I utilize an eclectic approach that incorporates evidence based practices of Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy ( TF-CBT) and Attachment, Self Regulation Competency framework (ARC). I believe in creating a safe, therapeutic environment where strengths can be explored, identified and utilized to overcome current barriers.
