As a Licensed Counselor, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional & Certified EMDR Therapist, it is my passion to help those experiencing post-traumatic stress, developmental & attachment trauma, anxiety, depression, & dissociation. I specialize working with survivors of childhood trauma & recent traumatic events, sexual trauma survivors, as well as, first-responders, healthcare professionals, young adults, women & men. Together, we'll tap into internal strengths & resources to enhance resilience, develop post-traumatic growth & wisdom, heal attachment wounds, break unhealthy patterns, & regulate dysregulated nervous systems.
I provide a variety of trauma-informed tools & techniques from EMDR, CBT, ACT, & Polyvagal Theory, all interwoven with theories of internal-parts, attachment-based, somatic, existential, strengths-based, psychodynamic, culturally-sensitive, & diverse holistic practices. I help clients gently strive for a healthy & adaptive resolution to their unique needs.
