I have extensive experience working with survivors of emotional abuse and intimate partner violence, including those in the LGBTQIA+ community. My goal is to create a safe and nurturing space where you can feel comfortable discussing uncomfortable and scary experiences. My therapeutic style is integrative, drawing from CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, and inner-child work. I try to adapt treatment to your needs, and aim to build a space where lasting growth can take root.
