I work with teens (18+), adults, and couples navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, and trauma. This includes anxiety, depression, ADHD, parenting stress, identity concerns, and military or first responder experiences. I support couples in strengthening connection and communication during times of stress or change.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I’m trained in EMDR and draw from evidence-based approaches to help clients process trauma, regulate emotions, reduce anxiety, and build resilience.
