My name is Sarah & I would be honored to partner with & walk alongside you on your mental health journey! My hope is to create a safe space where you feel heard, seen & understood. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Mary Hardin- Baylor & my Master of Arts in Marriage & Family Therapy from Amberton University. I am also in training & pursuing certification in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I am practicing at Family Restoration Counseling- out of our Forney & Dallas locations).
I have worked with individuals, couples, families, teens, & children. I have a deep passion for couples work but have experience with many types of clients AND I would be so happy to work with you!
