Dr. Sarah Otis provides psychotherapy for individual adults and utilizes an integrative approach that is scientifically informed and psychodynamically influenced. Sarah believes therapy is a collaborative journey, with clients being the expert in their lives. She enjoys working with individuals who have experienced grief and loss. Additionally, since becoming a mother herself, Sarah is also passionate about helping women navigate infertility, pregnancy, and the postpartum period.
Sarah also provides psychological and psychoeducational evaluations for a wide range of psychiatric and neurodevelopmental disorders including ADHD, learning disability (dyslexia, dyscalculia), intellectual disability, giftedness, and emotional/behavioral difficulties.
Sarah completed her doctorate in clinical psychology, with a concentration in neuropsychology from Fielding Graduate University. Prior to becoming licensed, she completed a pre-doctoral internship with rotations in neuropsychology, geriatric extended care, and PTSD/Substance Use Disorders at Robley Rex VA Medical Center in Louisville, Kentucky.
