My clients are people of color, African American, Black and other ethnic groups. I work to de-center whiteness and focus my work and research on the lived experiences of my clients. I aim to decolonize therapy with a justice-oriented approach. I work with individuals to develop positive tools and resources to help improve their relational and individual wellbeing.
With training in family systems theory, I address the needs of individuals in the context of family, social & cultural systems while working from a strength-based perspective. My goal is to deeply understand who you are, what your experience in the world is like, who you want to be, and where you want your life to go that is centered in humility & curiosity.
As a Black woman therapist in Greater King County, my mission is to empower individuals to understand themselves more deeply through healing and growth. I am currently full for new couples therapy clients but am accepting new individual clients. Reach out to be added to our waiting list. I look forward to supporting you on your wellness journey!
