I am Sarah Olson, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 12 years of experience helping infants, toddlers, children, teens, and adults navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, anger, poor coping skills, and family conflicts. My goal is to help you explore behavior patterns that may stem from past experiences and work toward building a more fulfilling life. I believe that being honest about how you feel is the most effective way to move forward and reach your goals.
I earned my Master's degree in Social Work from Florida Atlantic University and am classically trained in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and solutions-focused therapy. My approach is often described as feeling like talking with a close friend who truly hears and understands what you are going through.
