Hi — I’m Sarah Okolita, MSW, a supervisee in social work who leans hard into the beautifully messy, complex human experience and celebrates radical authenticity. I blend clinical experience as a social worker with the lived experience of existing as a late-identified neurodivergent human.
I enjoy working with newly identified and curious neurodivergent adults; parents of neurodivergent children; and those who have not been heard or served by previous mental health “care.” Lets work together to find some congruency within yourself, learn self-care for your unique wiring, rewrite painful pasts, and find authentic joy in your uniqueness.
