Sarah O'Hern
Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern, MS
I specialize in working with couples, as well as clients diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), who have Anxious Attachment styles, difficulties with regulating emotions, and/or have a history of trauma. No matter who you are or what you hope to accomplish during your time with me, I seek to provide a supportive, empathetic, and non-judgmental presence as you courageously journey deep within yourself and/or your relationships.
I am person-centered, ensuring that my clients feel supported. I am trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), EMDR, ART, and DBT- all of which are evidence-based treatment methods for various conditions and/or goals. I often utilize additional therapy approaches such as Solution-Focused, CBT, and Expressive Arts.
There is always hope, always. I invite you to contact me for a free phone consultation, or go ahead and be bold today- book your first session!
