I am trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), EMDR, ART, DBT, and ACT - all of which are evidence-based treatment methods for various conditions and/or goals. I often utilize additional therapy approaches such as Solution-Focused, CBT, the Gottman Method, and Expressive Arts.
