I am a LaPorte County native, having graduated from LaPorte High School. I earned my Bachelors in Psychology from Saint Mary's College in Notre Dame, Indiana with a minor in sociology. I then earned a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. I am a Certified DBT Therapist with training in art and trauma therapy. I have worked in a variety of settings, including inpatient and residential treatment, probation, and family focus. I began my first field internship at just 16 years old.
I work with children, adolescents, and young adults as a nationally certified counselor. My specializations are not limited as I thrive on continuing my education and adding tools to my box in similar ways I encourage for my clients. I feel I am able to relate to people very well & provide a calm, relaxed environment.
