I specialize in trauma based therapies including parts work, somatic experiencing and relational focused cognitive behavioral therapy. I am both trauma and antagonism informed. Currently training to complete certification in narcissistic abuse. Bring the mess, the tears, the anger, all of it. I’m here for it.
I have experience across many settings including inpatient psychiatry, crisis work in jails, emergency rooms and schools. I tailor my approach to each person. I firmly believe in the Health At Every Size (HAES) model, I'm also Sex, Kink & Body Positive. My approach is Feminist, Holistic and LGBTQIA+ Affirming & Allied.
