I’m an LCSW specializing in trauma-focused and ADHD-informed care, offering evidence-based therapies including CBT and mindfulness to create a flexible, individualized approach to healing. I provide client-centered therapy focused on helping clients achieve their goals and build practical skills. With years of social work experience, I welcome individuals from all backgrounds and offer kink-allied, LGBTQIA+, culturally competent, and trans-affirming care.

I offer CBT for adult ADHD, Written Exposure Therapy, Narrative Exposure Therapy, and other trauma-focused approaches tailored to each client’s needs. I also integrate CBT, mindfulness skills, motivational interviewing, and flexible strategies to support growth, healing, and personal goals.
