I offer clinical mental health counseling for individual adults. I have certifications in EMDR, CBT, as well as spiritual integration and trauma-informed care. I love working at the intersection between culture, spirituality, and mental health. I often utilize humor and creative arts, and always tailor our work together to fit your unique way of processing.
