Healing does not have to be lonely, isolating work. It can be playful as it is arduous, humorous as it is heavy. It can be full of joy and whimsy. It may demand a lot from us, but it is necessary all the same. As your companion on this journey, I will rise to this new challenge with you. For when we move through grief, trauma, rage, and anxiety, we create new possibilities for ourselves and the world around us. This, here, is the gift of therapy: the ability to show up as your best self, whether for yourself, a friend, a partner, a family member, or your community.
I meet my clients where they're at with warmth, openness, and authenticity. My work is rooted in a trauma-informed, person-centered framework. I utilize a blend of talk therapy, somatic healing, and the expressive arts within my practice. I wield creativity to help you better understand yourself and explore all the different things that make you "you."
I wholly recognize therapy can be daunting at first. In our work together, I'll strive to create an environment where you can feel safe enough to play, imagine, and take risks. My goal is to give you the tools you need to dismantle harmful internalized narratives, embrace who you are, and discover what healing looks like for you.
