My education prepared me to work with folks who have a variety of life experiences. I have experience helping people with trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity, relational issues, and much more.
I was trained in the Psychodynamic theoretical lens and I also incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Systems, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Humanistic theories into my work with clients. I find that working in partnership with clients promotes investment in the therapeutic process that often results in a positive outcome for the people I work with.
