I’m here to act as a guide and accompany you on your journey; to listen deeply, to hold space for you, and to ask meaningful questions that empower you to awaken and embody your own inner healer.
I use an integrative approach that blends Eastern & Western modalities informed by my life experiences and my own healing journey. I am particularly drawn to a holistic/somatic lens that considers the whole person; mind, body, spirit, and emotions, in our work together. Areas of focus: ADHD/ADD/neurodiversity, life transitions, relationships.
