I specialize exclusively in relationship work, including couples therapy, sex therapy, and therapy for open, non-monogamous, and queer relationships. Rather than focusing on one partner as “the problem,” I help couples understand why conflict keeps happening and how to create real, lasting change together.

I offer structured, collaborative, results-focused care for couples. I often see couples who have tried couples before but are still stuck and need deep work. I'm trained in Gottman Method and EFT, I help partners slow reactive cycles, communicate clearly, rebuild safety, and reconnect emotionally and physically rebuild intimacy.

I work with relationships of all kinds, straight, queer, poly, & "curious". I offer in-person sessions in Newark, Ohio and telehealth across Ohio. I work with couples and relationships. During the first session I get a history of your relationship. The next two sessions I will have an individual session with each of you. During that time you will take the Gottman Relationship Check-up which is a comprehensive relationship assessment. I want to work myself out of a job and will start to space out sessions once you both feel more stable.
