Hi, I’m Sarah (she/her). I am a cisgender, queer, autistic therapist. My goal is to foster a safe, supportive environment where individuals can explore their concerns, work through struggles and trauma, deepen their self-understanding, and celebrate their growth. As a therapist, I will challenge you—and I look forward to seeing you challenge yourself—to think, act, react, and respond in new and meaningful ways. It is truly an honor to walk alongside each person on their journey.
I work with concerns related to trauma, grief, relational challenges, gender and sexuality, substance use, and experiences of sexual or domestic violence. I am especially passionate about working with neurodivergent clients and offering care that is affirming, collaborative, and responsive to individual needs.
I believe that every person is shaped by their unique personality and life experiences, which is why I do not rely on a single therapeutic approach. Instead, I draw from a range of modalities to best support each client, including relational theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic approaches, and other modalities.
