I work with individuals navigating life stressors/transitions, parenting challenges, relational conflict, anxiety and depression, millennial issues, and perinatal mental health. Core elements of my approach focus on self-discovery, autonomy, identity and acceptance for the individual and their family.
I integrate several modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused, motivational interviewing, and existential techniques.
