I’m a neurodivergent therapist who loves working with my clients using a neurodivergent-affirming approach. I love to help you unmask, to live joyfully and authentically, even in a world that was not designed for you. I use a radically compassionate lens to help you know, accept, and love every part of you. In relationships, the partners we choose trigger deep wounds. I can help you begin to heal those relational traumas, so your partnership(s) can grow in health, love, and support.
Who I work with: romantic relationships of all configurations (including ethical nonmonogamy), sex and sexuality, gender exploration, spiritual and religious trauma, anxiety, and embodiment. I love working with autistic and ADHD clients, tackling concerns around anxiety, depression, dysmorphia, shame, rumination, rejection, and meaningful relationships.
