I specialize in working with couples at any age or stage of life - often when navigating difficult life transitions, and also generally struggling to parent well together. I also work with folks healing from complex trauma, navigating neurocomplexity (ADHD, Autism, AuDHD), struggling with anxiety and depression, coping with grief and loss, going through a painful life transition, and exploring their identity. I provide trauma-focused, neurodivergent-affirming, and queer-affirming psychodynamic psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families in Illinois both via telehealth and in person at my office in downtown Bloomington, IL.
My work is trauma-informed, relational, and rooted in depth-oriented, attachment-based, somatic, and psychodynamic approaches. I integrate evidence-based tools and offer a warm, collaborative approach to therapy that is tailored to the needs of each client I have the honor of working alongside.
