I specialize in supporting individuals and couples navigating trauma and life with neurocomplexity (C-PTSD, ADHD, ASD, AuDHD - with or without a diagnosis), as well as those coping with grief and loss, parenting challenges, and identity exploration. I provide attachment informed, trauma-focused, neurodivergent-affirming, and queer-affirming psychodynamic psychotherapy in Illinois both via telehealth and in person at my office in downtown Bloomington, IL. Primary modalities include: Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Attachment Focused EMDR, Internal Family Systems therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy.
My clinical approach is relational, psychodynamic, and trauma- and attachment-focused. I draw upon evidence-based, trauma-informed treatment modalities such as: Attachment Focused EMDR, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) , and Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy that inform a treatment tailored for your needs.
