I am a trauma-based therapist and I utilize a wide variety of interventions based off your needs. My approach is very conversational and I rarely, if ever, utilize worksheets. I use techniques with clients to process thoughts and feelings, identify unhelpful thought patterns, and build skills & techniques to better navigate life stressors.
