I approach therapy from a person-centered point of view, because I hold the belief that every person is the expert on their own self. Sometimes we just need help understanding what that means. That’s where I come in as a therapist, to walk with you, reflect and understand the knowledge you already have of yourself. With that understanding of self, we can then learn how to implement it into our lives, where we are at, to help us get where we're going. I find my joy and fulfillment in understanding others, and taking part in their journey to self discovery. I am proud to serve my home state of TX, as well as OK and MN.
Understanding that each individual is unique, I acknowledge the diverse needs that come with therapy. I am committed to meeting you at your current stage, learning your needs, and supporting you on the path towards fulfilling those needs. I have passion for working with teens, young adults, women and members of the LGBTQ+ community.
