I am delighted that you found the courage to consider what could be your first brave step to seeing a different perspective for change in your life. I love working with a wide range of people, including depression & anxiety, sex & relationship challenges, trauma, racial idenitiy, family conflict, and stress management. I like for potential clients to know that therapy will be challenging but hopefully rewarding. I hope to co-create an inviting space for you to freely express yourself & explore the depths of your emotions. My motto as your therapist is to be your co-pilot to help support you achieve the life goals you desire.
I offer individual, couple, & family therapy. My style is interactive, cultural, empathic, warm, direct, and intuitive. I share the premise that human behavior occurs within family, social, & cultural contexts. Additionally, I have a multicultural approach that bridges cultures of all kinds allowing for understanding & sensitivity to support clients.
Feelings are complex. Creating understanding for people to create authentic conversations and emotionally healthy relationships can make room for connecting better to find a solution. As a therapist, I want to support folks find comfort with learning to have the courage to speak their truth and honesty with compassion.
