Whether looking to manage anxiety in the day to day, or unpacking past experiences and how they play into current life patterns, once the therapeutic relationship begins there will always be someone walking alongside you.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and work with an amazing team at Restore Therapy Center. I am experienced in mindfulness-based, cognitive behavioral therapy, and spiritually integrative practices in counseling. I enjoy working with adolescents, college-age, and adults, and have experience in school based and community mental health organizations.
I am a first generation American from an immigrant Syrian family and have a passion for working with diverse individuals. I speak both Arabic and English, and offer therapy and both languages. I hope to provide a space of empathy and understanding to all people, especially those who come from different cultures.
