Please note that I will be on maternity leave until Juy! Drawing from a blend of expressive art therapy, neuroscience, and evidence based treatments, I help individuals gain better understanding of the space between their ears. Since an early age, I've been drawn to understanding human consciousness and am passionate about helping others communicate and process their internal experiences. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Registered Art Therapist, and psychedelic therapist, I am rooted in treating issues including OCD, PTSD, and anxiety.
As an art therapist, I believe that creative expression can be a helpful tool in communication, and offers an opportunity to gain a clearer understanding of our own experiences. I value foundations drawn from somatic processing, IFS, and now offer Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), a novel short term therapy to facilitate rapid change.
I believe healing happens in relationship, and strive to create a safe space for my clients to explore and process their experiences. Ultimately, I believe that you are the expert in your own life, and I am here to guide you in finding your own internal healing capacity. I offer Telehealth and in person appointments. I look forward to connecting with you!

Groups
Rediscovering Resilience: A 6-week Ketamine Group
This small group draws upon positive psychology and social support to help participants increase their resilience through practices in mindfulness, self-compassion and creative self-expression. In addition to the powerful dynamic of the group, ketamine is utilized to deepen reconnection to one’s sense of agency and inner strength. This group was formed with the working professional in mind with all prep and integration groups held virtually (Friday evenings and Saturday mornings, respectively), and in-person groups starting Friday afternoons. Such a schedule allows you to participate without compromising your precious summer weekends!
