I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in both Indiana and Illinois, with over 14 years of experience in the field. I practice a range of therapies that help with anxiety disorders, trauma and stressor related disorders, depressive disorders and life transitions. A few of therapies that I utilize include EMDR, CBT, DBT and ACT.
