Hey there! So often the emotions that come with life's challenges are too much to navigate on our own. I'm here to be a companion and guide. I see a spectrum of people from different backgrounds and stages of life. Some common issues I work with are anxiety, depression, life transition, trauma recovery, relationship issues, divorce, and body image challenges. I have worked with individuals ranging in age, parents and teens, and couples. I have openings for weekly clients and intensives. Intensives are custom made to fit your needs. We can set up a half-day, full-day, or multiple days - depending on your goals.
I am trained in different forms of experiential therapy - including Brainspotting, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and psychodrama. My hope is to provide an environment of love, acceptance, and attunement. I want to help you integrate painful experiences, so that you can live a more whole and full life.
Therapy has been a huge part of my own journey. It is such a vulnerable and brave step to reach for help! My goal is to provide a safe place to land, so that you don't have to be alone.
