Hey there, thanks for stopping by! I am Sarah Moore, a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Fayetteville, Arkansas and also licensed in Colorado.
It is an honor to walk with individual on their healing journey. I believe deeply in the power of connection and presence. My desire is to facilitate a safe environment to not only stop suffering, but free people to fully come alive.
I see a variety of people from different backgrounds and stages of life. Some common issues I work with are anxiety, depression, life transition, trauma recovery, relationship issues, healing from divorce, and body image challenges.
I am trained in different forms of experiential therapy - including Brainspotting, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and psychodrama. My hope is to provide an environment of love, acceptance, and attunement. I want to help you integrate painful experiences, so that you can live a more whole and full life.
Therapy has been a huge part of my own journey. It is such a vulnerable and brave step to reach for help! My goal is to provide a safe place to land, so that you don't have to be alone.
