I offer virtual video sessions to adults in MT, SD and NC with a focus on treating eating disorders and disordered eating, anxiety, depression, and women's issues. I'm a Level 1 trained Internal Family Systems (IFS) provider with additional training in Intensive Short Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
