My goal as a therapist is to assist my clients in reaching their full potential, maximize their quality of life, and bring forward their best selves.
I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Mercyhurst University and a Master's Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling and an Advanced Graduate Certificate in Mental Health from the University at Buffalo, SUNY. I am a Limited-Permit Mental Health Counselor, Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, Vocational Evaluator, and Benefits Counselor.
I have a person-centered approach to therapy and view each client in a unique way. My style is to think outside of the box when it comes to treatment. I view working with clients as if we are a team. On this team, the client is the coach, and I am the assistant coach, with both of us working together to get the team to where it wants to be.
