I practice from a compassionate, patient centered perspective based in a psychodynamic approach. This approach focuses on exploration to find and understand the origin of your issues. It takes time but can lead to longer and more meaningful change.
I especially like working with patients experiencing anxiety, depression, and transitional aspects of life. Transitions could include starting college, marriage, pregnancy, parenthood, career change, divorce, physical illness, and death of loved ones. There is no topic off limits and we will have all the time you need to get you where you want to be.
