I specialize in working with neurodivergent teens, parents of neurodivergent teens, and adults who were diagnosed later in life and are finally beginning to understand why things have always felt harder than they should. Parents see their teen struggling to take action, manage emotions, or move toward independence—and nothing they’ve tried seems to work. "What will my child’s future look like? Will they be able to handle adulthood?" I help parents in a daily support and skills-based environment, helping them learn how to respond in ways that actually work for a neurodivergent brain.
Individuals I work with live in a near-constant state of mental overdrive—racing thoughts, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and burnout that doesn’t resolve with “coping skills” alone. Some struggle with intrusive thoughts and compulsive or rigid patterns that once helped them feel safe but now interfere with relationships, flexibility, and daily life.
I help neurodivergent individuals navigate the real challenges that come with how their brain works—emotional overload, low motivation, difficulty with change, concentration issues, and patterns of over-control—without trying to “fix” who they are. For parents, I provide practical training and ongoing support so they can confidently help their teen succeed.
