I focus on trauma treatment using various modalities such as parts work, (IFS and ego state therapy), EMDR, and relational and system approaches. I believe in the therapeutic relationship as a place to practice building safety, containment, trust and mutual care, especially for those that have not known safety and care in past important relationships.
I'm a queer, trans, neurodivergent, polyamorous and disabled therapist committed to life long learning and a therapy space that centers the patient and their lived experiences. Part of the work is supporting patients in understanding how various systems of oppression impact their lives. My style is honest, approachable, collaborative and casual.
