I’ve always believed that everyone deserves someone who believes in them, supports them, and helps them feel heard without judgment. That's what led me to this work.
I support women navigating pregnancy, postpartum, infertility, pregnancy loss, anxiety, depression, trauma, and life's many transitions. I also support teens and young adults as they navigate anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem, relationships, and the challenges that come with growing into who they are.
I want therapy to be a place where you can take a deep breath, talk about the things you've been carrying, and be yourself. No judgment. No pressure. You don't have to have everything figured out before reaching out.
