Additionally, I have specializations in divorce mediation, grief, medication-assisted alcohol abatement, and the psychological aftermath of psychedelic experiences.
I will guide you through healthier choices and safely lead you to discover and develop into your best self, supporting you with specific strategies like: thought/behavior adjustments, EMDR, boundary-setting, relationship building, structural organization, balancing, pattern-breaking, desensitization, effective coping skills, self-care, and humor.
I offer therapy exclusively to 10 clients per week, to ensure that each client gets the best care possible. I do not accept insurance (or respond to inquiries from insurance companies).
