I have worked in a variety of settings including acute care at an inpatient facility, partial hospitalization programs, and as an outpatient therapist serving both adults and adolescents. I have experience working with suicidal ideations, self-injurious behaviors, depression, anxiety, PTSD, and disordered eating behaviors.
I am formally trained in specific therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Gottman Level 1.
