In my work, I draw on CBD, DBT, and solutions-focused interventions to align with my clients and work with them to meet goals in several different areas of life.
I work primarily with adolescents and young adults.

My practice is LGBTQ+-affirming. I have a considerable background in supporting transgender clients through gender-affirming care, such as starting HRT and having/recovering from surgery.
