About
In my practice, I recognize that as people we have many different emotions and experiences that drive us. Sometimes we do not understand what we are feeling, why we are feeling it, and why we are responding the way that we are. That is why I am passionate about helping my clients create a better understanding of themselves that creates a positive change to bring healing.
I feel that it is very important to teach: emotional intelligence, identifying and utilizing positive coping techniques, understanding and responding to the brain, and developing an overall self-awareness. I also can incorporate biblical counseling for those that are interested.
I offer a safe, empathetic, and judgement-free environment to help my clients grow, discover, gain positive skills, and begin healing. I am eager to meet you and ready to help you, your child, or your family, make the next step towards change.
