Our therapists offer EMDR, DBT, CBT, ACT & more. Sessions will be collaborative in nature and will offer you tools to help you gain awareness of thought processes and old patterns that are hindering current growth. With this new awareness, you will then begin to learn easy and practical ways to create new, healthy lifestyle choices in mind and body.
