I am passionate about working with families, couples, and individuals who are managing both physical and mental health conditions or couples/families going through various life transitions, and relational stress. We don't exist in isolation, especially when on the long journey of chronic health care. I work within an integrated and collaborative care model, viewing the problem from a holistic standpoint and alongside other members of the care team in order to best serve all areas of the client's life. What does this chapter of life look like? What is possible?
I have worked with a variety of clients in multiple spheres of care, focusing on skills and adapting our cognitions. I care about helping people through experiences of depression; anxiety; trauma; stress; neurodegenerative conditions such as Alzheimer’s, Lewy Body, and Parkinson’s; grief & bereavement; and other health conditions or relational stress.
It is my joy and privilege to work alongside you as you rewrite your story, using systems theory and narrative approaches.
