Sarah believes that therapy is about more than managing symptoms or “getting through” hard moments—it’s about understanding where pain comes from and creating real, lasting change from the inside out. Sarah works with clients who want to feel more connected to themselves, their relationships, and their lives, even when things feel heavy, confusing, or overwhelming.

Trained in EMDR, Sarah helps clients process traumatic or distressing experiences in a way that supports healing rather than re-traumatization. She is also trained in the Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality (CAMS) model, which allows her to thoughtfully and compassionately support clients navigating suicidal thoughts.
