My priority as a therapist is to meet each client where they are in life, while utilizing a person-centered approach, as I believe that each client is the expert of their own life, experiences, and needs. My goal is to work alongside clients to empower each client to share their story, discover their strengths, and make positive and meaningful changes in their lives. I believe that one of the most important aspects of therapy is building a trusting relationship with my clients so that they feel comfortable sharing their story with me, going at their own pace, and allowing me to help guide them through their time of self-healing.
I strive to create and allow for a safe and comfortable environment where clients can work on their growth and healing. I work with clients 18+ surrounding challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life challenges, attachment concerns, OCD, among others. I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities dependent on client needs and concerns.
