Life can sometimes leave us feeling disconnected from who we truly are, but I believe beneath the challenges we face, we are all born with inherent goodness and potential. Every person has a powerful story, and my role is to create a safe space where you can share yours. I help clients examine unhelpful patterns and replace them with healthier ways of coping and relating to themselves and others. Healing begins when we reflect on the past and learn to live more fully in the present.
My approach is rooted in attachment theory, mindfulness, EMDR, and systems thinking. I strive to create a compassionate, non-judgmental space where we can explore emotional patterns and relational wounds. While I balance gentleness and humor, I also know when to challenge you, helping you move beyond old limitations into the life you’re capable of living.
I believe we heal through relationships as much as we have been wounded by them. If you’re feeling disconnected or stuck, I’d be honored to support you as we explore your story, process difficult emotions, and develop tools for healing and growth. I’m here to guide you with kindness, care, and a deep belief in your ability to heal.
