NEW Clients, Same Week Appointments. Accepts MANY Insurances, 15 mins consultation. After-School sessions!
I specialize in supporting pre-teens, teens, and young adolescents. Individuals experience ups and downs in life that can have a profound impact on their health. The primary goal of our sessions is to heal, feel ready to continue on, and learn about yourself and what is around you. We will reestablish secure attachment patterns where bonds are repaired with self and others. My mission is to help individuals thrive by providing the tools and guidance necessary to build strong, lasting connections that foster overall well-being.
I lead by framing the individual's problem in attachment terms and normalizing their distress as arising out of an attachment crisis. I help individuals realize the problems arise from the attachment struggle- not individuals. This helps the family to begin viewing their problem as a pattern instead of blaming themselves or others.
I appreciate the time and energy you are putting forth to revitalize your connections to yourself and others in your life. Life is all about connections, and when we feel a secure attachment to ourselves and others, our health and vitality are rewarding and purposeful.
